Warmongering neighbours

For the last couple of weeks India’s high command has been busy in warmongering. The tone used by them is unbecoming of a civilised nation. Narendra Modi’s language does not conform to his portfolio.
India should focus on alleviating poverty and resolving its other burning issues. It should work towards ameliorating the social condition of the poverty-stricken masses. Sentimental statements will achieve nothing except destabilising the region. Moreover, we should not be taken as a weak country. We are a nuclear power and have a large, time-tested army that is capable of responding to any aggression effectively. Think-tanks and peace-loving Indians should advise Modi’s team to avoid such irresponsible attitude in the future for peace in the region.
