A 47-year-old man identified as Riaz Khan, son of Raees Khan, was killed in a firing incident on Sharea Faisal on Tuesday, said the Brigade police.
Khan’s body was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for a post-mortem examination, following which it was handed over to his family for his funeral and burial. Police said they found two empty shells of a .30-bore pistol from the crime scene. They said Khan worked in the accounts department of a private security company and was apparently a victim of target killing.
