National Day Reception held at Port Qasim attended by US CG Karachi
Karachi: United Sates Consul General in Karachi, Ms JoAnne Wagner, jointed Pakistan day ceremony at Port Qasim Authority where she was warmly received by Mr. Asad Rafi Chandna, Chairman Port Qasim and Mr. Mehmood Moulvi, Advisor Maritime Affairs.
The Chairman PQA briefed the delegation regarding the overall activities of the Authority and future undertakings. The Chairman PQA highlighted that Port Qasim has become Energy Hub and facilities all logistic support for the purpose.
In her remarks, the Consul General expressed her felicitation on this auspicious day. She said Pakistan was a resilient nation with a proud history and tremendous potential. On Pakistan-U.S. relations.
She said both countries enjoy historic and longstanding ties based on mutual respect and understanding with formidable belief on democratic norms and traditions.***
