On the tip-off of the Vigilance Cell, PFA special teams comprising food safety officers and other officials raided the oil extracting units and found that oil was being extracting there from the fat and filth of animals.

The PFA director general said the raiding teams had seized 39 drums full of fat and 154 blue drums. The units sealed were running with the names of Abdul Hameed, Naeem, Naveed, Hamid, Suni Khurram, Imran and Tariq.
