PESHAWAR: PPP provincial president Mohammad Humayun Khan on Friday said that his party’s workers and leaders had always faced political victimization in the past but they did not bow down. Talking to reporters at his residence, he said that the PPP and its activists had worked for the supremacy of law and democracy. “The conspiracies against PPP leadership continue. After Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the target of irresponsible rulers,” he added. Terming the statement of finance minister on the country’s economy as shameful and deplorable, Humayun Khan said that his party would not tolerate insulting attitude to the poor people at any cost.
