Multan Sultans fined
LAHORE: Multan Sultans have been fined for two slow overs in their Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Peshawar Zalmi at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said the team has been fined 10 per cent of the match fee. Article 2.5 of the PSL Code of Conduct for Player and Player Support Personnel, which relates to minor over-rate offences was breached. If Multan Sultans commit another slow over-rate offence, then each of their playing members will be fined 20 per cent of their match fees. Match referee Roshan Mahanama sanctioned the fined. The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Ranmore Martinesz and Shozab Raza, third umpire Rashid Riaz, and fourth umpire Tariq Rasheed.
