Waterless villagers
February 23, 2019
I live in Sattar Dino Mamgrio – a village which is at a distance of 35 kilometres from Naushahro Feroze. The population of this village is approximately 2,500 people. It is sad to say that the government has been ignoring the problems of this village for the last two decades. The village doesn’t have a steady supply of water. Villagers have to walk three to four kilometres to get a bucket full of water.
Also, the poor level of road infrastructure has created so many problems for villagers who cannot carry out their daily chores efficiently. The elected representatives must pay attention to these issues and provide some relief to the residents of Sattar Dino Mamgrio.
