Teacher killed in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Shabana Shaheen, a teacher at a government girls primary school, was killed after being hit by a stray bullet at Ganj area on Saturday night. She was returning home after performing election duty. Her funeral was offered at Gor Khatree on Sunday. A large number of people attended the funeral. She was the wife of Haji Imtiaz Javed , mother of Zohaib Hassan and Khurram Shehzad and mother-in-Law of Ghulam Dastageer, correspondent of monthly Herald. Qul for the departed soul would be offered at Mohallah Mulla Sammad, inside Lahori Gate today (Monday) at 10 am.
