Dismissal of petitions on fake bank accounts case
ISLAMABAD: Former president and President Pakistan people’s Party Parliamentarians(PPPP) Asif Ali Zardari is likely to address the press conference today (Wednesday) to give his reaction on the dismissal of his review petitions in the Supreme Court.
“Asif Ali Zardari will address the press conference in Islamabad on Wednesday while Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address the press conference in London,” said PPP Parliamentarians Information Secretary Dr Nafisa Shah.
While in her reaction on dismissal of the review petitions on the fake accounts by the Supreme Court, Dr Nafisa Shah said expressing surprise and concern over Supreme Court's verdict in review petitions in benami accounts case said that perception in the public is getting strength that Bhutto’s never got justice in this country.
Dr Nafisa Shah said that the reference with regard to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto which was filed by the former president Asif Ali Zardari is still awaiting hearing. “A former Chief Justice of Pakistan who was a member of the SC bench which sentenced Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto has admitted that the death sentence against Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was wrong,” she said.
