karachi: The police, on orders from Sindh Inspector General of Police Dr Kaleem Imam, have started action against people involved in the registration of fake FIRs.
A press release issued on Saturday said that so far 381 FIRs had been found fake after initial inquiries in different police stations of the province. Legal action had also been taken against the lodgers of fake FIRs, it added.
