Nationalists’ politics in Sindh buried forever, says Murtaza Wahab
Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Information, Law & Anti-corruption Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that nationalists’ politics in Sindh has been buried forever and conspiracies to disconnect the province from the mainstream politics will not be allowed to succeed.
Reacting to a statement of Jalal Mehmood Shah, he said on Friday that Shah was “a fired bullet” in the political scenario of Sindh who could not even win a union council election. He slammed Shah for criticising the Pakistan Peoples Party leadership, saying that the nationalists in Sindh were like orphans who were begging from door to door for affection and patronage.
Barrister Wahab said, “Nationalists only qualify the term of political orphans.” He said nationalists were not concerned with the problems of the people, as their politics revolved around their own interests.
With regard to Shah’s demand from the federal government for accountability of the PPP, he said the Pakistan Peoples Party had faced accountability since 1979 but remained victorious at every front.
Reacting to a statement of Punjab Information Minister Fayaz ul Hassan, the adviser said that Chohan was facing severe mental disorder and needed immediate medical assistance. He said that it was very strange that Chohan was talking about the black magic and sorcery in the 21st century with the intention to keep himself in news headlines. “It was his publicity stunt,” he added.
Wahab advised him that instead of talking about black magic in media, Chohan should get in touch with Bani Gala for his treatment. He said that most of PTI leaders were facing mental disorder and they were only relying on rhetoric instead of taking any practical measure for resolving the issues of country.
