A 35-year-old man was shot dead by some unidentified people in Batapur area on Thursday.
The victim was identified as Babar Abbas who worked in a local candy manufacturing factory. Abbas was on his way home when some unidentified people intercepted him and shot him to death. Police suspected that Babar was over an old enmity while the victim’s family claimed that Babar was killed by the robbers.
WATCHMAN: A watchman was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head in a factory in Baghbanpura. The deceased was identified as Habib Ullah. Police suspected that he ended his life by shooting himself. However, police shifted the body to morgue for autopsy to ascertain the cause of death.
Body: A 32-year-old man was found dead in Shadbagh police area on Thursday.
Some passersby spotted the body lying near a garbage container and informed the police. The man yet to be identified was an addict, police suspected.
Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man was found dead with a bullet-hole in his head in a plaza on Main Boulevard Ghalib Market. The deceased was identified as Muhammad Sadiq of Karachi. Police suspected that Sadiq had committed suicide by shooting himself. Police shifted the body to morgue for autopsy.
