NAP failure

The dastardly attack on a bus carrying members of the Ismaili community in which dozens of innocent men, women and children were massacred is testimony to the abject failure of the National Action Plan and apex committees.
The responsibility of the total collapse of the law and order situation lies on the shoulders of the ruling PPP, law-enforcement agencies and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar. Unless all those responsible for the continuing failure of NAP and apex committees are sacked nothing is going to change.
