PU buys two security vans

LAHORE
Punjab University (PU) has purchased two vans for the varsity’s Patrolling Squad for improving the vigilance facilities on the campus. In a ceremony held outside the Vice-Chancellor (VC) office on Friday, VC Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran handed over the keys of the two vans to the security staff and instructed them to keep an eye on the surroundings. Resident Officer-I Prof Dr Sajid Rashid, Resident Officer-II Malik Muhammad Zaheer, Estate Officer Ghulam Abid, Assistant Security Officer Shahbaz Ahmed and other officials were also present.
