Conference on Rehabilitation Sciences begins

Islamabad: Three-day national conference on ‘Comprehensive approach on Rehabilitation Sciences’ (NCRS-2015) organised by Riphah International University began here on Saturday at Jacaranda Club with a call to develop collective approach to treat disabilities and promote rehabilitation.The chief guest of the occasion was Hassan Muhammad Khan, pro chancellor, Riphah International University.

Islamabad: Three-day national conference on ‘Comprehensive approach on Rehabilitation Sciences’ (NCRS-2015) organised by Riphah International University began here on Saturday at Jacaranda Club with a call to develop collective approach to treat disabilities and promote rehabilitation.
The chief guest of the occasion was Hassan Muhammad Khan, pro chancellor, Riphah International University. He congratulated the organizing team of the conference and thanked the sponsors, collaborators and the participants of the conference.
The chief guest said it’s Riphah university who introduced the paid House Officer in Rehabilitation Sciences field in Pakistan.
Vice Chancellor Riphah International University Professor Dr. Anis Ahmad addresses the participants of the conference said Muslim scholars should focus on research because it is the only way forward to lead the world from front. He categorically urges to the students they must develop research capability in themselves for betterment of the nation.
Chairman of the (NCRS-2015) Dr. Asghar Khan, director Riphah College of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS) highlighted the aims and objectives of the conference. He said Conference will focus on the educational requirement of the rehab professionals as well as the interventional aspect for the people with physical and mental challenges and general public life style.
Conference will also provide opportunity for the national research scholars to share their work with other professionals that could help them about the work already done and what need to be done for the persons with disabilities and general public, chairman conference said.
