National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry chaired a meeting at NAB Headquarter to review a training plan prepared by of Training and Research Division for the Investigators Basic Induction Course (BIC), at Police Training College, Sihala for the newly recruited Investigation Officers in 2015, says a press release.
Director General (DG) of Training & Research Division gave a presentation on the various training modules planned for 2015 for catering the training needs and capacity building of all NAB Investigation Officers (IOs) during 2015.
The NAB chairman said said that a standardized syllabus for all investigation officers, refresher and capacity building courses need to be formulated to ensure quality and uniformity. It will help NAB in achieving standard application of SOPs, Laws and rules. The performance objectives of training programs will be continuously evaluated to as a basis for subsequent review and improvements in future training needs.
He directed DG (T&R) to have close liaison with Police Training College Sihala for Investigator’s Basic Induction Course-VII (2015) for the
Incoming Investigation Officers on modern lines during 2015.
At the end, Chairman NAB directed DG Training and Research Division NAB to further speed up the work on the proper functioning of NAB Forensic LAB so that all cases are investigated with state of the art facility.
