institutions to ensure sale of quality essential items at fixed rates.
Addressing a meeting of Provincial Price Control Committee at Civil Secretariat through the video link, the CM said due to measures of the Punjab government for reducing ghee prices, not only
the people of Punjab but the people of the whole Pakistan are getting benefits from the timely step of the Punjab government.
The CM said reduction in prices of ghee and cooking oil is another people-friendly step of the Punjab government
and the visits of the provincial ministers, secretaries and
relevant officials to markets and bazaars have proved useful.
He directed that such visits should be continued for the public interest.
Provincial ministers submitted reports on their visits to various districts during the meeting.
Provincial ministers Bilal Yasin, Malik Nadeem Kamran, Dr. Farrukh Javed, Chaudhry Muhammad Shafique, Chief Secretary, relevant secretaries and senior officials attended the meeting.
