How Attaul Haq Qasmi can drew perks and salary equal to MD when he was not inducted as MD? What standard Qasmi was having that he was appointed as MD.” Justice Ejazul Ahsan remarked at whose behest he was appointed. On what criterion Pervaiz Rashid selected Attaul Haq Qasmi. CJP remarked, “We are thinking seriously to refer the case to the NAB.” Counsel for Pervaiz Rashid said earlier four chairmen were appointed.
CJP inquired if Qasmi was solitary competent media person. The counsel replied Qasmi remained envoy in two countries. He was conferred upon Hilal-e-Imtiaz.
