BHAKKAR
The government of Punjab has restricted engagements of teachers for non-teaching engagements. In a handout, all DCOs have been directed not to depute teachers to non-teaching activities. Meanwhile, EDO Bhakkar has directed all officers to visit the schools of their jurisdiction regularly to monitor progress and activities of schools. Moreover, schedule for teaching hours during summer has been announced for Bhakkar district for primary, elementary and secondary schools. According to new schedule, school timings with effect from April 1, 2015 to October 15, 2015 will be 7:30am upto 1pm.
