More than 432 nomination papers were filed by the different candidates for contesting cantonment board local government elections all over the province.
It has learnt that total 432 nomination papers were filed in different districts, including Lahore Cantt, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Jhelum and Kharian. It is worth mentioning that 117 nomination papers were filed in 10 wards of Lahore Cantt, 143 in 10 wards of Walton Cantonment Board, 34 in five wards of Sialkot Cantt Board, 117 in 10 wards of cantonment board Gujranwala, five in Mangla Cantt Jhelum while seven in Cantt Board Jhelum, nine in Kharian Cantt Board.
