Imran in trouble

This refers to the news report, ‘Audiotape of Imran-Alvi conversation emerges’ (March 28). The leaked conversation has established that Imran’s PTI was fully involved in the attack on PTV – an allegation he denied all along. The language he used was shameful and unbecoming of a gentleman. To divert public attention from this glaring revelation, Imran held a press conference and accused the government of deviating from its stance over judicial commission, which the government denied vehemently.
Imran also mentioned that it was a crime to tap phone conversations but he did accept that attacking a state institution and damaging its property were even bigger crimes. Imran should behave as a mature politician and work zealously in KP where his party is in power to earn more votes in the next elections.
