Boiling milk takes child’s life

FAISALABAD: A child Shahida Ali received fatal burns when boiling milk fell on him at Chak 232/RB on Thursday. He was playing in the kitchen when the incident occurred. She belonged to Sadiqabad. The girl was shifted to burn unit of the Allied Hospital but she could not survive. 68 land record centres: More than 68 computerised land record facilitation centres have been made fully functional from Thursday here.

The citizens can get copy of their land ownership (Fard) in five minutes from these centres, said the officials. More than 62 land record facilitation centres have been established in Multan city and Sadr tehsils while three Nadra facilitation centres will facilitate the public in Jalalpur Pirwala tehsil. Multan Deputy Commissioner Zahid Sohail visited the land record facilitation centres and ordered construction of public waiting sheds within two days.
