Education minister re-launches FBISE website
Islamabad : Minister for education Engr Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman while re-launching the website of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), has said that present government has put the education sector in the country on the path of development.
Addressing the re-launching ceremony of FBISE Website here, he said that during the last five years all provinces including federal government worked for the promotion of education sector.
The ceremony was also attended by MNA Malik Ibrar Ahmad, FBISE Chairman Malik Ikram Ali Malik, FBISE secretary and other representatives of educational institutions.
During the ceremony the winners of the sports games organised by the FBISE were also awarded with trophies by the minister.
We had launched curriculum from class one to five for Islamabad Capital Territory’s (ICT) schools, raised the budget of Higher Education Commission (HEC), he remarked.
With the efforts of present government, millions of out of school children enrolled in the educational institutions, he added.
The minister said that FBISE has been upgraded with state of the art facilities for students.
He lauded the role of Chairman FBISE for fulfilling the task of present government by updating the federal board.
