Commuters and pedestrians in Karachi have fallen victim to drivers who habitually drive on the wrong side of the road. It is common to see motorcycles, rickshaws, cars and even DSNG and media vans being driven on the wrong way. Why can’t police personnel take effective action to stop citizens from openly violating the law?
All it takes only one vehicle to move on the wrong way and other vehicles start following suit, creating a traffic crisis. The traffic authorities should look into this matter and take relevant measures to prevent the gross traffic violation.
