Accidental fire

New Town police arrested a teenage boy for killing his friend in an accidental firing in New Town’s area of Sharfabad on Monday night. Officials said 14-year-old Faizan was shot and injured by his friend. The boy was shifted to hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds after a few hours. The friends told police that they were sitting in a street when their friend, Osama, brought a TT pistol from his house, and he showed them the weapon. They said that when Osama was showing them the weapon, it went off suddenly, and Faizan was hit by a bullet. Police arrested Osama at his house and seized the weapon.
