Ex-senator elected MMA president for Mansehra

MANSEHRA: Former senator Hidayatullah Shah was elected president of the recently revived Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) for its Mansehra chapter on Monday.
The five members of executive bodies of each party through a secret ballot elected district chief of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Hidayatullah Shah as the president and district chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Sajjad Shah general secretary of the MMA.
Dr Tariq Sherazi, Syed Abid Shah and Maulana Nasir Mehmood were elected vice-presidents and Maulana Saeed Abdullah as information secretary.
