Javed Ali elected PTBF vice-president
LAHORE: Mian Javed Ali, member selection committee Pakistan Tchoukball Federation (PTBF), has been elected as vice president at the federation’s meeting. The PTFF meeting, held at Islamabad, elected Javed Ali as its vice president keeping in view his services for the game.
The meeting also endorsed Javed’s appointment as the member of the selection committee. Emmaneuel Asad, secretary PTF, said in a message hoped all the concerned will cooperate with Javed Ali in order to develop and promote tchoukball activities across the country. It may be recalled the Javed is also a former first class cricketer from Lahore and had also served Lahore Region Cricket Association/LCCA as secretary and treasurer. Javed Ali has also been Town Nazim of Lahore’s Samanabad Town.
