MANSEHRA: The angry residents on Sunday protested against non-availability of commodities at the utility stores.
The protesters, who had gathered in Dodial area, raised slogans against the employees of the utility stores and alleged that the subsidised items were sold in the market.
“We have been visiting stores everywhere but even sugar and other such essential items are missing since the advent of Ramazan,” stated Mohammad Jibran, a resident of the area.
He said that though the government announced relief on essential eatables, the authorities didn’t ensure supplies at stores.
