Villager shot dead over property dispute in TT Singh

TOBA TEK SINGH: A villager was shot dead over a property dispute at Chak 351/JB, Gojra, on Sunday. Muhammad Shafiq was on his way home from his farmland on his tractor when his rivals Amir, Aslam, Farooq and Ilyas allegedly opened fire at him.
As a result, he was seriously wounded. He was being shifted to the THQ Hospital Gojra but he succumbed to his injuries. Police are conducting raids to arrest the accused persons. Meanwhile, a trader was shot at and injured on resistance near Gojra on Sunday. Yasir Masih was on his way when three dacoits intercepted him near Chak 156/GB and tried to loot valuables., but he resisted. It infuriated the dacoits and they shot at and injured him.
