Son of ex-MNA among three killed in NWA attacks
MIRANSHAH: Three persons, including the son of a former Member National Assembly, were killed in three different incidents in North Waziristan Agency, local sources said on Sunday.
The sources said that armed men forced their way into the hujra of late JUI-F MNA Maulana Muhammad Deendar in Hasokhel village in North Waziristan during the night between Saturday and Sunday and shot dead his son Musa Kaleem. Another tribesman was wounded in this attack of targetted killing. The attackers made good their escape. The identity of the killers isn’t known.
In another terror incident, gunmen barged into the house of schoolteacher Abdul Qayyum and opened fire on him, killing him on the spot.
The third incident took place in Miranshah, the administrative headquarters of North Waziristan. One Azizur Rahman hailing from Qutabkhel village was shot dead by an unidentified gunman.
There have been growing incidents of terror in North Waziristan since the return of the displaced tribespeople to their homes after almost four years of displacement mostly in districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa such as Bannu.
