Criticising closure of NAB inquiries in Sindh unnecessary, says Saad
LAHORE: Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on Friday said it was unnecessary to criticise without proper thinking and understanding the closure of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiries against the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) in Sindh.
In a series of tweets, he added that everything currently seemed to be black due to the practice of defaming and blackening each others’ faces.
Saad advised politicians to avoid conspiring against each other for petty gains and said the accountability process in Pakistan in general had been used for vengeance only.
Describing Imran Khan as conspirator and clown, he said the PTI chief had been acquitted in the SSP Asmatullah Junejo torture case too. Junejo should be awarded sentence for being injured during duty so as to ensure that justice was supreme in Pakistan, the senior PML-N leader remarked.
