Sindh baseball body elects office-bearers

LAHORE: Muhammad Mohsin Khan and Kashif Sheikh were elected as the President and the Secretary respectively of the Sindh Baseball Association (SBA) at a general council meeting of the body held under the Chairmanship of President, Federation Baseball Pakistan, Syed Fakhar Shah at Karachi.

The meeting was attended by representatives of all the affiliated units of the SBA. Chief Election Commissioner Hyder Khan Lahri conducted the elections. Secretary Sindh Olympic Association Ahmed Ali Rajput and Anjum Zehdi, representative Sindh Sports Board, observed these elections.

Other office-bearers are: Visal Ansari (Vice President), Erum Akbar (Chairperson Women),Jawed Aziz Khan, Ather Khan, Wasimuddin, Pervaiz Ahmad Sheikh, Ayesha Irum and Mehfooz Ali (Vice Presidents), Engr Nadeem Zaheer (Treasurer), Asad Khan (Executive Director),Shakeel Ahmad and Farkhunda Fasih (Joint Secretaries), Nomanudin (Director Academy). The house offered “fateha“ for the departed soul of founder of baseball & softball in Pakistan Syed Khawar Shah who also served as a former President Pakistan Federation Baseball.
