SC decision on poultry welcomed

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Poultry Association Chairman Dr Mohammad Aslam has hailed the decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan for allowing people attached with poultry industry to continue their business, says a press release. He said the Supreme Court halted further action on suo moto on poultry business thus allowing the industry to flourish as usual as no harmful hormones were found in the poultry feed. He said SC had got all the poultry farms and their feeds checked which proved that no harmful hormones were found in the poultry feed, which is a welcome omen for the industry. He said at present only poultry industry is providing cheap meat to the consumers.
