Rootsian graduation ceremony
Islamabad : The montessorians and junior school students celebrated their 30th graduation ceremony at Bahria Phase VII here.
All the parents were star-struck by the young performers who stormed the dazzling stage with a series of thrilling and scintillating performances. The innocence of the sweet little angels touched the hearts of their mummies and daddies. The event started with the recitation from Holy Quran.
The ‘Sufiana Kalam’ was presented by young students of Harley Montessori. A welcome performance was presented by the students of Roots, Harley. Young and vibrant students presented aerobics & vocabulary parade in a befitting manner. Scintillating performance on ‘seasons of joy’ was presented by the Roots, Lalazar Montessori students
which really spread the magical colours of spring all around.
To pay tribute to Pakistan: ‘Our Land of pure’, students from Tulsa Junior Branch presented an enthralling and captivating performance to highlight the provinces of the country.
The event was meticulously crafted & the huge number of crowd adored and cherished the efforts of students and teachers. The chief guest of the ceremony was Iftikhar Ahmed Babar, secretary general Pakistan National Commission for Unesco. Mrs. Riffat Mushtaq, founder chairperson of Roots School System, graced this auspicious occasion with their benevolent presence.
The chief guest praised the commitment of Roots School towards providing quality education to its students and lauded the selflessness and devotion of its Founder Mrs. Riffat Mushtaq and the teaching faculty of Roots for maintaining highest standards of excellence in academics as well as other co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, at national as well as international level.
Mrs. Riffat Mushtaq thanked all the parents for their unwavering support and confidence in RSS and congratulated the young graduates on their outstanding growth. She shared the achievements and success stories of Roots alumni. Furthermore, she was highly appreciative of the fact that 250 young students participated in the ceremony, ensuring 100% participation, which in itself is a huge feat, as all the children were aged between 3 to 12 years.
Mrs. Riffat Mushtaq also appreciated the diligent hard work and tireless efforts that had gone into putting up such a grand show. At the end of the ceremony the young graduates of Montessori & Junior School Students were awarded with medals & certificates by the chief guest along with the appreciation certificates & service excellence awards to teachers.
