Karachi University (KU) is one the largest education institutions of Karachi. It is, therefore, shocking that the institution has been deprived of generators or UPS system that can provide electricity during loadshedding. Ever since summer began, KE has started unannounced loadshedding for an indefinite period.
Power in the university remains out from 8:30 in the morning for at least an hour. Students of the departments that do not have generators suffer a lot. Can the KE authorities at least exempt education institutions from loadshedding? On the other hand, the KU administration should install generators in every department so that students can study in peace.
