PESHAWAR: The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) on Wednesday approved 32 projects worth Rs23098.616 million and four projects were deferred due to inadequate design.
A handout said the PDWP meeting was held with Dr Shahzad Khan Bangash, the Additional Chief Secretary P&D Department, in the chair. The meeting was attended by Zahir Shah, Secretary P&D Department, its members and respective administrative secretaries.
The forum considered 36 projects pertaining to different sectors including Agriculture, Food, Energy and Power, Health, Water E&SE, Building, Urban Development, Roads and Sports sectors for the uplift of the province. The forum approved 32 projects with an estimated cost of Rs23098.616 million, while four projects were deferred due to inadequate design.
