Protests staged in Pano Aqil against delimitation

SUKKUR: Civil society and citizens staged protests and rallies against delimitation in Pano Aqil. The protesting citizens said that many villages from the PS Pano Aqil were excluded and added to other constituencies which, they termed sheer injustice and rejected the delimitation as unacceptable.

The citizens said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) deprived them of their fundamental rights and added that many villages of the Katcha area were included in the PS Pano Aqil constituency by replacing many areas of the city.
