PSL security leads to chaotic gridlock

LAHORE: PSL security arrangements and rain added to the woes and miseries of commuters on the second day of the sports gala in the provincial metropolis here on Wednesday. Traffic wardens diverted the traffic to alternative routes but failed to manage the chaotic traffic mess. A number of ambulances were stuck in the traffic jams. Long queues of vehicles were witnessed.
