Sindh Games from April 19
KARACHI: The new dates of the 17th Sindh Games were officially announced here on Wednesday.According to a press release issued by the organising committee, the Games will now be held at Karachi from April 19 to 22.
These Games had been pencilled in for March 28 to 31 but were delayed due to the Pakistan Super League final and the three-match Twenty 20 International series between Pakistan and West Indies here at the National Stadium.
The PSL final will be held on March 25 and West Indies will face Pakistan in the T20 matches on April 1, 2 and 4.The organisers said that the Mascot of the Games would soon be unveiled. Sindh Games are being held after four years. Former Sindh sports minister late Dr Mohammad Ali Shah organised the spectacle five times in four years. He died on February 4, 2013 in Houston.
