Islamabad: The reintegration and rehabilitation of returnee Pakistani migrants is an emerging challenge for Pakistan in reference to decline of manpower export and job opportunities abroad, said Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Managing Director Habib-ur-Rehman Gilani, says a press release.
He stated this while talking to Golda Myra Roma, project manager at International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) here.
He said that OPF has established a Facilitation and Re-integration Centre (FRC) as a pilot project at its head office to address this issue timely. Golda Myra Roma arrived from Vienna Austria on a weeklong visit to Pakistan in follow up visit of a delegation headed by Sedef Dearing Regional Coordinator Silk Routes along with other four high officials of (ICMPD), which had come to Pakistan last month. Senior officials of OPF were also present in the meeting today.
