Six injured in road accident

LAHORE: Six persons were injured in collision between a rickshaw and a truck on Raiwind Road on Sunday. The injured persons were admitted to a local hospital and their condition was said to be out of danger. Meanwhile, a man and a woman were injured when a fire broke out in their Kahna Kachah house. Rescuers rushed to the spot and shifted Safdar, 60, and Nusrat, 50, to a local hospital where their condition was said to be out of danger. Meanwhile, a man expired in a local hospital two days after he was hit by a car on Barki Road. He was identified as Aslam. A 45-year-old man was found dead in the limits of Nishtar Colony and another man was recovered dead in the Data Darbar area. Police claimed that both the men, yet to be identified, were addicts. Meanwhile, police registered 25 cases and arrested 25 people on kite flying charges.
