TAKHT BHAI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) provincial president Humayun Khan on Saturday said that clash of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership with the institutions was harmful for the integrity of the country.

Addressing a press conference at the Takht Bhai Press Club, he said that Nawaz Sharif had always hatched conspiracies against the democracy in the country. PPP leadership had accepted the Supreme Court’s decisions, he added.

PPP leaders including former provincial minister Rahimdad Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa former speaker Ikramullah Shahid, Aurangzeb Khan, Sharafat Lala, Ijaz Mohmand and others were present on the occasion.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led provincial government had failed to deliver and the party leadership had introduced indecent politics in the country. Those who were talking about change did nothing but deceived Pakhtuns in name of change, he added.

“PTI government had taken no steps to steer the province out of the prevailing crises,” he said.
