Married woman raped by relative

PAKPATTAN: A married woman was raped by her relative at Chak 133/EB on Tuesday. Accused Saeed came to the house of her relative woman and gave her intoxicated tea, which made her unconscious. Later, the accused allegedly raped her. Police have registered a case.

CASH, VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: Two theft incidents were reported here on Tuesday. Four thieves stole gold ornaments and cash from the house of Sher Muhammad at Chak 56-SP. In another incident, four thieves took away cash and other articles from the house of Hasnain Ali at Chak 19-EB. Police have registered cases.

SIX DRUG PUSHERS HELD WITH NARCOTICS: Police on Tuesday arrested six drug pushers and recovered narcotics and wine from them.

The police arrested Rafiq with 30 litres wine, Haroon with 10 litres wine, Ejaz Hussain with 15 litres wine, Tabassum with 210 grams charas, Hussain Ahmad with 150 grams charas and Pervez with 140 grams charas.
