Two die as gunmen open fire on bus

PESHAWAR: Two persons were killed and two others sustained injuries when armed men opened fire on a bus in Paharipura locality here on Saturday.
The police said that Amir Khan and Sher Alam of Charsadda were killed while Haris and Wajid were injured when gunmen opened fire on them in Paharipura.
“Five people from Badaber, Arshad, Tariq, Sajjad, Arif and Taj Mohammad, have been charged in the first information report in the incident. One of the victims, Amir, had done court marriage with the daughter of Arshad that has resulted in enmity between the two parties,” Tahir Dawar, deputy superintendent of police, told media persons. The official said that police parties have been deputed for the arrest of the accused.
