PID record first win in media cricket
ISLAMABAD: Press Information Department (PID) recorded their first victory in the Jang Media Cricket League 2018 here at the National Cricket Ground on Thursday, says a press release.In the other matches of the day, National Savings, M.Com and Jehan Pakistan also won their respective matches.
Batting first, Nai Baat scored 82 runs in the allotted six overs. PID completed the target in the last over for the loss of four wickets.National Savings beat Dunya News by eight wickets while M.Com outclassed 92 News by 10 wickets. Jehan Pakistan crushed Nawa-e-Waqt by nine wickets in the last match of the day.
The tournament is being organised by Jang Media Group in collaboration with Star Marketing, Top City, National Savings, Brighto Paints, Vertex, Gandhara City, Real Time Marketing, Redsun Associates, Pak Associate, Multiply and Airport Enclave.
