UVAS gets highest HEC ranking

Lahore: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) awarded Virtual University the highest rank under an assessment released by its Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).

The Virtual University received "W" category as the Quality Enhancement Cell of the university met the quality benchmarks ensuring compliance of HEC guidelines. Quality Enhancement Cell was evaluated on the accomplishments of targets set by the HEC.

Meanwhile, the Business School of University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Thursday organised an Entrepreneurial Gala. Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha inaugurated the event while Chairman Department of Statistics and Computer Sciences Prof Dr Muhammad Azam, Chairman Business School Dr Rana Muhammad Ayyub, students and faculty member were present.

UVAS: The Department of Parasitology, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Thursday signed an agreement, as part of collaborative project of the Centre for Tropical Livestock Genetics and Health (CTLGH), with Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh, UK.
