Minister visits HIV camp

LAHORE : On the direction of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Health Khawaja Imran Nazir visited Imranabad, Sarghoda on Saturday.
According to a handout, the Minister visited HIV screening camp and met the locals there. He said a door-to-door drive for HIV screening would be conducted and names of people would be kept confidential whose results would be positive.
He said government would provide medicines to HIV patients free of cost. Khawaja Imran visited the area along with Sargodha Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chattha, CEO Health Dr Nusrat and Additional Secretary Technical Dr Asim Altaf.
