Volleyball matches to be organisesd in DG Khan
DERA GHAZI KHAN: Punjab Volleyball Association (PVA) in collaboration with Police department will organise series of matches in Dera Ghazi (DG) Khan division in which various teams from the national level would participate.
This was decided at a meeting here on Monday which was attended by SVP PVA Sufi Sardar Ahmed, ADC (G)a Azfar Zia, focal person Javed Akhtar Jatoi, Saifur Rehman and the officers of the sports department. The teams which would participate the tournament also include Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Wapda. The first match has been scheduled for February 19 at Rajanpur, second at Muzaffargarh on February 20 and the third at hilly resort Fort Minro for February 21. It was informed to the session that 28 top national level players would reach DG Khan on February 18 and would visit all the four districts of the division.
The 4th match has been scheduled for February 22 at Vehoa Taunsa Shareef and the fifth at Layyah for February 23. On February 24 and 25 the high profile matches would be played at Company Bagh Dera Ghazi Khan.
