PESHAWAR: The Provincial Civil Service (PCS) Officers Association has welcomed the government decision to repatriate the officers serving on scheduled posts on deputation basis.
According to the press release of the association, it has been its long-standing demand because it considers the same illegal and against the principles of human resource management.
“The officials selected as teachers or engineers occupy the positions meant for civil servants and they then strive to get themselves inducted in the civil service cadre against the rules,” it added.
The press release said the association believed that the deputationsits would be repatriated soon to purge the civil service of the illegal postings.
