Abdul Majeed assumes PAL head addl charge

Islamabad: National History and Literary Heritage Division (NH&LH) Joint Secretary Abdul Majeed Khan Niazi Wednesday assumed the additional charge of the post of Chairman Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL). Currently, he is serving as Joint Secretary, NH&LH Division, said a news release issued here. Being senior officer of the federal government, he has been in many ministries and divisions on the important positions and is having vast experience of administrative and financial matters. Before this, he has performed his duties as public relation officers of former Prime Ministers, Zafarullah Khan Jamali and Shaukat Aziz in an admirable way.
